On February 29th, Zhang Chuanhe, Chief Engineer of Henan Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, visited Shenghua Company for inspection, accompanied by General Manager Guo Wenjie and Deputy General Manager Li Hua.
Zhang Chuanhe and his delegation inspected the on-site production and operation of the Xiuwu and Wenxian bases of Shenghua Company, and had discussions with relevant personnel of the company.
Zhang Chuanhe interpreted the provincial government's "One Belt, Two Groups, Three Zones" strategy to support the development of the aluminum industry. The "Belt" refers to the Longhai Railway Belt, the "Two Groups" refer to the aluminum processing industry clusters in Zhengxi and Luoyang, and the "Three Zones" refer to the concentrated areas of aluminum processing industries in Jiaozuo, Xuchang, and Sanmenxia cities. He encouraged Shenghua Company to make good use of the government's support policies for the development of new building materials processing industry, obtain support from the financial sector and local government, continuously expand processing scale, improve processing capacity, and enhance enterprise strength. He pointed out that some enterprises in the aluminum processing industry have already gone abroad, and Shenghua can also make relevant attempts to increase highlights in exports. Especially in terms of technological innovation, active exploration should be carried out, such as using recycled aluminum as raw material in the production of curtain wall panels to increase strength and corrosion resistance. At the same time, pay attention to leveraging the advantages of the enterprise itself and achieving differentiated production. Focus on finding products with high market demand and high profit margins to improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise. He also put forward positive suggestions for the company's technological transformation.
After several years of market experience, Shenghua Company has formed a good trend of coordinated development between production bases in Xiuwu and Wenxian counties. With the continuous improvement of production and technological capabilities, it will become a new force in the aluminum processing industry.
