On July 24, 2023 at 2:00 pm, a training session on the role positioning and cognition of managers was held in Conference Room 1805. Mr. Guo, Mr. Li, and management personnel at or above the supervisory level jointly participated in this training.
As a manager, one must first have a correct role positioning and understanding in order to better take on their responsibilities. Teacher Yang took the pain points, importance, and three major shortcomings of managers as entry points to explain how managers can transform their roles. By evaluating the types of managers based on their ability coordinates, they can identify their positioning, recognize their roles, change their understanding of their roles, clarify the main content of their work, and provide rational suggestions for future work.
